Having lived in Rancho Santa Fe, Cardiff-By-The-Sea, Solana Beach, San Marcos and now currently in Aviara, Carlsbad for the last 9 yrs, Darla knows these areas first hand.

Her knowledge is also diverse throughout the rest of San Diego County and her expertise includes: Del Mar, Carmel Valley, La Jolla, Pacific Beach, Oceanside, Vista, Escondido, Rancho Bernardo, Poway, Rancho Penasquitos, Scripps Ranch, Hillcrest and North Park.

Darla co-owned and operated Norman Real Estate in Oklahoma before moving to California and starting with Prudential California Realty for 12 and then recently making a change to Windermere. Her career has continued to grow year after year, winning awards, and cultivating a long list of repeat clients and referrals. Promoted to Sales Manager of the Prudential Del Mar offices and Mentor, in charge of hiring and training all new sale associates in 2005-2008, this gave Darla even more knowledge and expertise to help her clients. As a full time agent, her skills benefit buyers and sellers in a tough and volatile current market. Returning back to full time sales and joining Windermere to help her clients in this challenging market, Darla is excited to share her wealth of knowledge and years of experience with her clients.
